Chop the olives and onions. Fry the onion in preheated oil until golden.
Add the beer, put in the chopped spearmint and prepare a soft dough (if necessary, add a little more flour). When done, put it in a greased and floured form.
Bake the bread in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until ready. Once ready, wrap it in a towel and leave it to cool on a cooking grid.
