Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the milk and baking soda, oil, flour and starch. Stir until you get a smooth cake batter. Divide the finished mixture into two parts. In one, add the cocoa and to the other - vanilla.
In a pre-greased and heated heart-shaped cake form alternate between the white mixture, then brown and white again. Bake the first layer. In the same way, bake a second layer.
To make the cream, put the milk to boil. Add the sugar and then the dissolved with a little water starch. Stir continuously to get a smooth cream. Stick the layers together with the finished cream.
Smear the whole cake with the rest of the cream. Melt the chocolate, mixed with the oil in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Smear half the cake with chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Sprinkle the white half with coconut flakes. Garnish the middle with a fondant flower.
