Ingredients

  • peas - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • potatoes - 2
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • oil
  • water
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Boil the peas and diced potatoes together. Blend well. Braise the flour in a little oil.

Add it to the peas, stirring continuously. Add the spices. Lastly, add the milk. Serve with croutons.
