Separate the egg whites from the yolks. First, beat the egg the whites with a mixer into snow. Then beat the yolks with the sugar until they become foamy.
Carefully add the egg whites to the yolk mixture. It's best to use a wooden spoon for this. Add the sifted flour. Mix. Lastly, add the cocoa.
Bake in a greased and floured oven dish on medium heat. While the layer is baking, prepare the syrup. For this purpose, add the sugar to the hot water and mix well.
Once the cake is baked, cut it into three equal parts. Syrup it once cooled. Then arrange the layers on top of one another, smearing a layer of the beaten cream between them.
Top with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
