How to cook
Melt the butter. Add the semolina to it and braise it until golden. Boil the milk with the sugar.
When done, add it to the semolina while stirring constantly. Continue until thickened. It's best to prepare it slowly, on low heat.
Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool. When serving, you can sprinkle it with cinnamon or powdered sugar if you like.
