  • water - 1 cup (220 ml) cool
  • sugar - 1/2 tablespoon
  • yeast - 1/2 cube fresh (or dry)
  • eggs - 1
  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 tablespoon
  • flour - 1 cup (240 g)


Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the sugar and leave it to become effervescent. Combine the flour, egg, salt, oil and yeast in a bowl and mix everything with a spoon!

Grease an oven dish with oil, sprinkle it with a little flour and place the dough. Use a spoon to evenly distribute it all over the entire oven dish. Leave it to rest about 20 min.

After this, arrange the toppings (mine had ham, pickles, corn, tomato paste, savory and cheese). You can put whatever products you want.

Put the pizza in a cold oven and turn it on, then bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 35-40 minutes. Enjoy !find similar recipes here
