How to cook
Beat the yoghurt with baking soda and let it bubble. Mix it with the oil, salt and beaten eggs. Stir with a fork. Take a phyllo pastry sheet and fold it in two, smear filling on it with a brush and sprinkle with some feta cheese.
Fold it in the middle to get a strip shape, then roll it into a triangle. Arrange in a wide, oiled oven dish. Do this for the other phyllo pasty sheets as well.
Smear the pies lightly with the remaining mixture and sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven, for about 20 minutes. I'll bet you you've never had crispier and tastier pies than these!
