How to cook
Pour 8 1/3 cups (2 liters) of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the chopped onions and carrot and the coarsely chopped green beans. Season with salt and oil.
When the carrots become tender, add the can of tomatoes and chopped garlic. Simmer another 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat and season with black pepper, savory and fresh parsley.
Serve with a spoonful of yoghurt, if desired.
