Finally, add the flour and coconut flakes. Lay out the resulting dough into a cake form, which has been covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
To prepare the sauce, put all the ingredients for it in a pot. Stir on the stove until only half the liquid remains. Allow the sauce to cool, while stirring it several times.
Pour the cooled sauce over the layer, but do so a bit at a time, so that it's able to soak in well. Then pour some on again and so on until you've syruped the layer. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate cream and melt them in a water bath.
Stir continuously until the mixture is fully homogenized. Remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Spread over the layer and decorate with coconut flakes.
