  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 1 4/5 cups (440 ml)
  • flour - 2/5 cup (110 g)
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g) (at room temperature or melted) + some to grease the form
  • coconut flakes - 1/5 cup (70 g) (for sprinkling)
  • vanilla - 1 - 2 sticks

Pour the eggs in a deep bowl and add the milk to them. Add all the other ingredients, do not mix yet.

Start beating with a mixer only once you've put in all of the other ingredients, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Note that the mixture needs to be runny and not as thick as for a cake.

Put it into a greased tray and bake in a preheated 356°F (180°C) oven for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished tart with coconut flakes and cut it into pieces.

Optionally, you can serve it with ice cream or some kind of jam.find similar recipes here
