How to cook
Stew the onions in hot oil. Clean the dock and blanch it until it changes color.
Remove and drain it, cut it into small pieces. Put the stewed onions to fry briefly, add paprika, stir and add 3 cups (700 ml) of warm water.
Add the washed rice and chicken. Flavor with salt to taste, boil until the rice is ready. This is a great spring dish!
