  • water - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - enough to make a soft dough
  • yeast - 1, dry
  • garlic - powdered
  • butter - to spread
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) for the top


Put the sugar in the water, add oil and begin to add a little bit of flour, which has been previously mixed with the dry yeast.

Begin to knead , add salt and dry garlic to taste. You need to get a soft and elastic dough. Spread it out in an oven dish, I used the one from my oven with some baking paper. The thickness should not exceed 1", so if necessary, use more than one dish.

Top with butter and throw some grated cheese on. Bake immediately, put it in a cold oven at 338°F (170 °C) with the fan on. Bake until the cheese browns.
