Earthenware Dishes with Meat, Potatoes and Tomatoes
- potatoes - 10 - 12 medium
- onions - 3 - 4 heads
- carrots - 4 - 5
- tomato sauce - 1 1/5 cups (300 g, ) or 4 - 5 fresh grated tomatoes
- chicken fillet - 19.5 oz (550 g), or pork meat
- black pepper
- spice mix - vegetable spice
- oil - 6 tablespoons
- eggs - 6
- cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add all the spices. Add 1 ladle of tomatoes/spices into every pot. Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, at 392°F (200 °C).
Once they are ready, break 1 egg over each pot, add a little cheese and return to the turned off oven for about 10 minutes.
