Roast the peppers and peel them, then remove their seeds. Put the fleshy part in a bowl and mash it. When the peppers are well blended, add the crushed feta cheese.

Mash again for about 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the oil and stir. This pâté can be eaten immediately or preserved for the winter, if the jars are sterilized properly.
