Sift the flour and add the cocoa to it in portions and stir gently. In the cupcake forms, place paper baskets. Spoon some of the mixture into them but do not fill them to the brim. Leave about 1 from the top.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and refrigerate. Happy cooking!
