Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • creme brulee - 1 package
  • biscuits - 1 1/2 packets (breakfast type)

Preparation

Put 2/5 cup (100 ml) of milk in a bowl and whip the contents of the creme brulee package. Put the rest of the milk to boil on the stove.

Once boiled, add the sugar and stir until melted. Add the cream in slow trickles, stirring constantly with a whisk. Let it boil for about 5 minutes to thicken. Take the finished cream off the stove and add the crushed biscuits.

Mix well and serve in custard bowls. Leave it to cool, then put it in the refrigerator to harden!
