Chicken Drumsticks with Rice and Carrots

Chop the onion finely and the carrots into small cubes. Put them in an oven dish with a few tablespoons of oil, heat the oven to 302°F (150 °C). When the onions soften add the washed rice.

Season with salt, black pepper peppercorns, 1 tablespoon of spice mix and stir so it mixes well with the rice. Arrange the washed and cleaned drumsticks on top and sprinkle with a few sprigs of dried tarragon.

Add water in a 1:3 ratio and bake at 320°F (160 °C) until ready. Finally, grill in the oven for a few minutes to allow the drumsticks to gain a crispy crust.
