How to cook
Boil the starch according to the package's directions. Prepare a form in which you can begin to arrange the cake.
Arrange a layer of biscuits that have been dipped in cold water and top them with the starch. Alternate between biscuits/starch until you run out of ingredients, ending with the starch.
Sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles, ground nuts or coconut sprinkles. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for the starch to harden.
