How to cook
Wash and halve the zucchini. Remove their insides using a spoon. Blanch them briefly in boiling, salted water. Strain them.
Saute the finely chopped onions, zucchini insides and tomato in heated oil.
Arrange the zucchini in an oven dish, add some of the filling and pour on a mixture of beaten feta and eggs.
Sprinkle with oil. Bake in the oven until ready.
