- flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
- yeast - 1 packet, dry
- salt - a little
- eggs - 3
- oil - 3 tbsp
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- water - 2 1/2 cups (600 g), cool
Mix all of the products together well to get a medium soft dough.
Let it rise for 1 hour.
Fry in hot oil on both sides and drain on paper towels if desired.
