Cut the phyllo pastry into triangles (like for a pizza).
Crumble the feta and mix it with the eggs (the number of eggs depends on how many phyllo pastry sheets you have).
Put some of the filling in the thicker part of the phyllo pastry, fold the 2 ends and roll it up.
Wet the edge of the phyllo pastry with a little water so it sticks.
Fry them in a heated oil.
