Cut the sausages into quarters, the onions into crescents and the peppers into strips.
Put a teaspoon of olive oil in each clay pot and smear them on the inside.
Add the sausages, onions and peppers, crumble in some feta cheese and put pieces of processed cheese.
Sprinkle with black pepper and add a little mushroom and tomato sauce. I use the ready-made ones they sell in jars.
Grate the cheese and put the clay pots in the oven at 356°F (180 °C) for 30 min. Take them out and break an egg into each.
Put them back in the oven until the eggs are ready.
