How to cook
Cut the peppers in 2 down the middle. Clean them well of their seeds and stuff them with the filling.
To make the filling: mix the crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs and finely chopped parsley and wiener.
Arrange the stuffed peppers in an oiled oven dish. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 25 min.
