How to cook
Knead a soft dough, cover it and leave it to rest. Divide the dough into equally sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a pita, depending on the size of your pan. Heat a grill pan and grill the flatbread pitas on both sides until golden.
Heat the butter, add the garlic (as much as you like) to it and stir.
Smear the flatbread on both sides with this mixture and serve.
