Stir with a wooden stirrer and knead a dough for about 10-20 min. After it rises, divide it in 2.
Roll them out with oiled fingers. Put crumbled feta cheese, cheese and a little oil in the middle. Wrap them into loose rolls.
Tie the ends together by twisting them. Place the resulting twisted loaf in a greased glass cook pot or oven dish. Smear it with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
Bake the twisted loaf in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. After it's baked, sprinkle it with cold water and wrap it with a towel. Serve while still warm.
