Boil the whole chicken or chicken legs in salted water, along with the spices (thyme, salvia, salt, white pepper). Clean it of its skin and bones.

Tear the meat into pieces. Cut the mushrooms to the desired size. Saute them in the butter until softened. Season with salt and white pepper. Chop the parsley finely.

Combine the chicken meat with the mushrooms and parsley. If necessary, add salt. Distribute into a suitable oven dish that's been buttered.

Beat the eggs and yoghurt. Mix with the cheese and pour this over the meat. Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C) and bake until ready.
