Knead a dough from the products for it. Rip pieces out of it and put them in the openings of the walnut cookie press.
Bake the walnut cookies in the press. Let them cool.
Make the cream by beating the egg, adding the butter, sugar, walnuts, milk.
Stir well and add a little cocoa and cognac to flavor the cream.
Put cream onto each walnut half and stick them together in pairs.
Eat them with coffee.
