How to cook
Knead a medium stiff dough, until it stops sticking to the fingers.
Roll it out into a sheet about 1 finger thick and use a cup or cookie cutters to cut out small circles.
Fry them in a lot of oil, so that they're swimming in it, and stir periodically until golden.
Take them out into a deep bowl and while still warm sprinkle them with powdered sugar using a sieve.
Shake the bowl energetically so that powdered sugar sticks everywhere. Transfer them to a platter.
Do this for all of the remaining dough circles.
