Boiled Potatoes with Cheese on Mince

  • meatballs - 10, pre - made
  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg), small
  • cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • paprika - 2 pinches
  • savory - 2 pinches


Boil the potatoes in hot water (you can use ones you've already boiled). Season them with salt and black pepper.

Mash the meatballs into a ball and arrange them along the bottom of a glass oven dish.

Cut the potatoes into slices and arrange them on top of the mince.

Sprinkle with the grated cheese, sprinkle with savory and paprika. Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until you get a nice crust.
