Peel the potatoes and cut them into round slices. Then, mix them with the salt, breadcrumbs and olive oil.
Add in about 1 cup of water to them and put them to bake in a slightly heated oven until they redden.
Once you take them out, chop 1-2 bunches of fresh green garlic and add these to the potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper and stir.
Finally, add some chopped fresh dill.
