Add the eggs to the milk and water and whip. Add the sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add the flour + baking soda in small lots and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Heat a waffle iron, smear it with butter and using a ladle, put some of the batter in the middle of it.
When you close the lid, the dough will spread out on its own. Bake the waffles until golden. Repeat this process until you run out of batter :)
