Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 whole
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • allspice - 6 grains
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp, ground
  • salt - 2 pinches

Preparation

Portion the chicken. Smear the pieces with butter and arrange them in an oven dish, sprinkle them with the spices.

Mix the wine with the yoghurt and pour it over the chicken pieces.

Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about an hour.
