How to cook
Saute the finely chopped onions in the oil. Once they soften, add the ground pork and braise. Stir, so it crumbles into pieces. Add the grated tomatoes and season with salt.
Leave the mixture on low heat until the liquid evaporates.
Bring the opposite ends of the tortilla together in the middle. Then, take one of the other ends and roll up the burrito; this way the filling won't spill out and make a mess.
