How to cook
Break an egg over the mince, add the savory and basil and knead. Smear the bread slices with margarine, distribute a layer of mince on top.
Arrange the bread slices in an oven dish that has been laid out with baking paper and bake in the oven. Once the mince crisps, smear the sandwiches with a layer of chutney to form a nest and break an egg in the middle.
Bake again until the egg is ready. Sprinkle with grated cheese and briefly bake once more. Sprinkle the ready sandwiches with finely chopped green onions.
