Braise the chopped onions and garlic in the olive oil. Put them in a large bowl along with the rest of the products. Stir the mixture well and form meatballs.
Roll the meatballs in flour first, then dip them in the beaten eggs.
Fry them on both sides in the heated oil.
Take them out onto paper towels, to drain them of the excess oil. Serve while still warm.
