How to cook
Cut the plums into halves, remove the pits and cut the halves finely. Add the sugar, breadcrumbs, cinnamon and egg.
Knead a dough from the flour, butter, salt and a little water and leave it for 30 min.
Roll it out thinly and leave it to dry a little. Sprinkle it with oil.
Put the stuffing in the middle of the dough. Wrap it into a roll and put it in an oiled tray.
Bake for 338°F (170°C) for about an hour.
Take it out, let it cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
