How to cook
Cut the peeled bananas into round slices, distribute them into 2 containers that you've buttered ahead of time. In a deep bowl, mix the flour, salt, 2 types of sugar and oats.
Mix the ingredients well and add the cooled butter. Rub/knead with your fingers to obtain a crumbly mixture and distribute it onto the banana slices.
Bake the banana crumble for 30 min. in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until it gets a nice golden color. You can serve it with cream or vanilla ice cream.
