Mix the products in a deep container and knead for at least 10 min. Smear it with oil, cover with foil and leave it for at least 24 hours in the fridge, so it absorbs the water and flavors.
With oiled hands, form kebabs, arrange them in an oiled tray. Pour in about 1/2 cup of water and bake under foil in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) over for about 25 min.
Remove the foil and bake for another 7-10 min. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
