Marinate the fish fillet with salt and vinegar. Cut it into small pieces.
Chop the onions and garlic and saute them in the oil. Add the chili peppers, paprika and tomato paste and pour on the fish broth.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the fish itself and continue boiling on low heat for about 15 min., while also pouring in the wine.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve the soup sprinkled with parsley.
