Wash the eggplants and dry them. Place the eggplants on their sides and make cuts (but not all the way through).
Cut the cheese, tomatoes and ham into slices. Salt the inside of the eggplants well and begin to arrange slices of ham, cheese and tomato between the cut eggplant strips.
Transfer them to an oven dish with baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in a preheated 392°F (200°С) oven.
