Ingredients

  • pork - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • bay leaf - 2
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

Preparation

Wash the meat and dry it. Dice it into medium cubes, put them in an oven dish smeared with olive oil.

Sprinkle with the sugar, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and add the bay leaves.

Cover with chopped onions and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 45 min., stirring from time to time.find similar recipes here
