How to cook
Sift the flour with the salt. Make a well in the middle, pour in the yoghurt and milk, oil and sugar into it. Knead a smooth dough carefully.
Roll out the dough and smear it with the pressed garlic. Knead it again, roll it out. In Pakistan, they stick the pitas to the walls of the oven and bake them. When making them at home, you can just use an oiled clay dish and bake until ready.
