Ingredients

  • corn flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • eggs - 8 whites
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup (225 g)
  • vanilla - 1 essence

Preparation

Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Sift the 2 types of flour together.

Beat the whites to snow, mix them with the vanilla and sugar and continue beating.

Carefully mix this with the flour and pour it into a cake form. Bake for 45-50 min.

Transfer the cake to a serving platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
