How to cook
Mix the liquid ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon. Add the flour, cocoa, sugar and raising agents and stir until homogeneous.
Add the jam and stir until you get a thick mixture.
Place the cake layer in a round form with removable walls, laid out with baking paper and smeared with butter beforehand.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 30 min. Don't open the oven door the first several minutes so that the cake doesn't go flat.
Melt the chocolate along with the butter in a water bath, add the cream and condensed milk, then smear the cake with this glaze.
