Make the vanilla cream first. Pour the vanilla cream in a bowl with 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) milk and 2/5 cup (100 ml) of the liquid cream, beat with a mixer. It's ready in 3 min.
Make the chocolate cream the same way - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) milk mixed with 2/5 cup (100 ml) liquid cream and the cream chocolate. Beat with the mixer set to medium. Mix the rest of the milk with 1 tbsp sugar and stir.
Take 4 glasses, put 2 tbsp of chocolate cream on the bottom, then 2 biscuits that you've dipped in the sweetened milk, next put vanilla cream, biscuits and chocolate cream again.
Decorate with a little vanilla cream on top and a raspberry. Sprinkle with crumbled biscuits and leave it in the fridge to harden. Quick and tasty!
