Beat the eggs, feta, finely chopped parsley, flour, yoghurt, baking soda and black pepper. Add the finely sliced salami.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular oven dish and bake for 5 min. in a high oven, then gradually reduce the temperature to 302°F (150 °C) and bake until ready.
If it starts to burn on top, cover it carefully with aluminum foil.
