Wash the chicken wings and dry them well. Chop the garlic finely. Heat the oil in a deep pan and braise the chicken wings in it until golden on all sides. Take them out.
Stir, cover with the lid again, lower the stove to a medium setting and cook the wings for 4 min.
Finally, remove the lid and cook a final 5 min. until nearly all of the sauce evaporates. Serve right away.
