How to cook
Braise the flour in the butter until pink. Add the milk, salt to taste, black pepper and stir nonstop until you get a smooth and thick sauce.
Take it off the stove, add the broccoli and crumbled goat cheese. Boil the pasta according to package directions, add the broccoli during the last 5 min. of boiling.
Cut the salmon fillets in 2 and cover the bottom of the baking form with them. Pour in the pasta and broccoli and pour on the sauce.
Sprinkle the dish with parmesan and bake in a preheated oven until fully ready.
