How to cook
Roast and peel the peppers. Heat the olive oil in a pot and braise the onions and garlic in it.
Add the chopped tomatoes and peppers, put a lid on and saute for 10 min.
Pour in the wine and cook another 5 min., pour in the broth, salt and black pepper and continue to boil another 20 min.
Stir/mash the soup, let it cool well and serve with croutons.
