Peel the potatoes and carrots and dice them. Dice the fillet as well and crisp it for 5-6 min. in the butter.
Take the fillet out and put the potatoes in to braise for 5 min. - if necessary add a little more butter.
After taking them off the stove, mix the potatoes, fillet and carrots in an oven dish.
Pour hot water in a cup and dissolve the broth, then pour it over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven to a nice color.
